This is more than just a vendor showcase — it’s a celebration of motherhood, blossoming connections, and meaningful moments with our local mama community.

There is no vendor fee for this event, but in the spirit of community and gifting, 

we ask that each vendor contribute:

• One giveaway item or service for our live raffles (value $15 or more)
• At least 8 small swag bag items for moms who have already booked their baby showers with Solshine (samples, mini items, discounts, etc.)

This allows us to create a truly special and elevated experience for our guests — and gives you additional exposure with gift items in their hands!

Here’s what’s included for you:

• A vendor table and space to showcase  and promote  your services/products
• Promotion through our social channels and event signage
• A curated guest list of expecting mothers excited to discover brands like yours
• Connection with fellow small businesses and potential collaborations
